Sign up here to join our litter announcement list, and hear about the latest news on our litters. Be the first to know when our new litters are available and open to applications!

We will notify you when new litters arrive. This option is perfect for families starting to plan ahead.

Option 2: Apply to our Master Waiting List:

Our Master Waiting List is the best way to secure your spot and make sure you don’t miss out on a puppy from an upcoming litter. It also gives you priority in choosing before our general announcement goes out. Pre-application questions must be answered via email before joining the Master Waiting List.

Here’s how the process works for all litters:

• Submit Your Application
  Email us with answers to the following:
  • Your location (city, province) in BC or Canada
  • Tell us about your home environment (kids, other pets, lifestyle)
  • Experience with pets or dog ownership
  • Current pets in your household
  • Rental permission if applicable
  • Why you chose an Aussiedoodle
  • The litter you are interested in as well as any puppy preferences (boy, girl, coat... etc)
  • Any referral from previous Designer Doodles/Aussiedoodles families
  • Confirmation that you have read and agree to our Adoption Policies
     

1. Application Review & Approval
   We review every application carefully to ensure our puppies are matched with loving, responsible homes. Approved families are invited to join our Master Waiting List.
    
2. Reserve Your Spot
   Secure your place with a $500 non-refundable deposit. Your spot on the list determines the order in which you’ll choose your puppy.
    
3. Puppy Photos & Selection
   When the puppies are two weeks old, we take their first photos and send them to our Master Waiting List families. At this time, we’ll contact families in order of their reservation number to make their puppy selections.
    
4. Public Announcement
   Once every family on the Master Waiting List has chosen, we send out a public email announcement to the rest of our subscribers and social media followers, opening any remaining puppies for adoption.
    
5. Going Home
   Puppies go home at 8 weeks old, after receiving their first vaccinations. Final payment and any delivery arrangements are completed prior to pickup or transport.
    

If, when it’s your turn, you don’t see a puppy you wish to adopt, your deposit will be refunded in full.

Our puppies go to their new homes with their vaccinations up to date, and worming medication given. As per the families request we do have International Microchips available to be administered and registered ($50). We provide all new owners with Health records related to the puppy provided by a certified Veterinarian. We provide a copy of the Health guarantee as well as some information on the puppies microchip.

We provide a baby blanket with moms scent to help in making the puppy's transition easier. We include a puppy package which will have our puppy transition guide, a collar, a sample of the puppy food as well as pee pads and other goodies for you and puppy.

Puppies leave with age-appropriate vaccines. The next round is due four weeks after the last vaccination date (check your puppy’s health record/passport).  Deworming should be done every 2 weeks until the puppy is 12 weeks old then at the recommendation of your vet.

Our puppies are raised on the high quality Canadian brand Canadian Naturals.  We also recommend ACANA, or Royal Canin Puppy Food, however this is an expensive option some families may not prefer. We have always supplemented kibble with homemade soups and stews to add protein, oils etc for our adult dogs. Going forward along with Acana kibble we use Nuvet supplements and we highly recommend you continue your puppy on this vitamin supplement. NuVet gives dogs all the vitamins and nutrients missing from even the top dog foods on the market. We are using the wafer form and it easy to administer. The wafer form is made with chicken liver and the pups love it!

Bringing your puppy home to his or her new family can be a very exciting time, it is also often a time of worry in that you do not know what to expect from your new little pup.  

This is a very stressful time for your puppy as well as it is the first time they are experiencing life away from their mom and siblings. They are in a new environment with new people , strange smells and nothing is familiar to them. Due to the stress of adjusting to their new home puppies will often go off their food for a couple of days and may even experience stress related diarrhea, please know this is completely normal and generally only takes a few days to adjust back to normal.   

Puppies also tire very easily and need lots of sleep for their healthy development and well being, so it’s important to give your puppy plenty of  opportunities to rest. At first, they need as much as 16 to 18 hours of sleep every 24 hours.
